Why Can I Guide You Toward That Future?
As a former international flight attendant for a foreign airline, I traveled the world while learning to maintain beauty and wellness even in challenging conditions.
However, as the years passed, I realized that true beauty comes not from the outside, but from within.
Time zones, long-haul flights, irregular schedules—despite it all, I tried countless health and beauty methods to maintain peak condition.
Yet no matter how carefully I ate or how much I exercised, I always felt like
“Something’s missing.”
My life changed profoundly when I discovered quantum technology and energy work.
“Frequency,” “Energy,” “The invisible realm”
At first, I was skeptical. Honestly, I even thought it seemed “suspicious.”
By aligning invisible energies and frequencies, your mind, body, and life itself can transform.
This is the truth I’ve experienced firsthand.
An Integrated Approach to Align from the Essence
Since then, I’ve embraced an integrated practice combining nutrition, Reiki, and quantum technology.
- Nourish the body through food
- Align the mind through energy
- Connect with your essential self
By combining these elements, I experienced transformation that wasn’t superficial, but fundamental.
And I realized:
True beauty and health begin by aligning the “invisible world.”
Because I’ve experimented on myself, learning through trial and error, I can confidently share only what has actually worked.
About My Experience
Let me share a bit about my background and expertise:
- Experience as an International Flight Attendant: Developed skills to maintain optimal condition despite long flights and jet lag. Traveling the world exposed me to diverse cultures and perspectives, expanding my worldview.
- Energy Work Practice: Mastered techniques for working with invisible energies including Jikiden Reiki, Energy Control, and EQT—not only for myself but to help others as well.
- Knowledge of Nourishing Foods: Certified as a Natural Food Coordinator and Vegetarian Medicinal Food Coordinator, experiencing dramatic changes through homemade fermented foods and gut health practices.
- Lifestyle Design Exploration: Learned and practiced methods for designing a life true to myself while harmonizing mind and body.
Drawing on this experience, I share insights on “aligning mind and body to live radiantly from within.”

The Truth Is, I Used to Struggle Too…
Actually, I used to be in a completely different state:
- Recurring skin problems
- Severe hay fever that suddenly developed after returning home
- Daily struggles with differing values between my husband and me
- Despite material comfort, feeling unfulfilled and lost, wondering “What is my true self?”
- Trying various health methods but feeling they only addressed surface-level symptoms
As I changed what I ate and practiced ways to align my mind, transformations began.
The biggest revelation was:
“Alignment” means harmonizing not just physically, but energetically as well.
When your frequency changes, the reality you attract changes too.
I experienced this truth firsthand.
By gradually and carefully practicing “things I knew but hadn’t done” and adding alignment of the invisible world,
I found that my mind and body became lighter, and my entire life transformed.

The Meaning of “KokoKara Harmony”
I chose the name “KokoKara Harmony” with this intention:
KokoKara
Means “from here”
– Also plays on “koko” (kokoro: mind) and “kara” (karada: body)
Harmony
Living in harmony with yourself and your surroundings
To be “aligned” isn’t merely about physical health—it’s about harmonizing mind, body, and soul to live authentically.
This blog shares practical methods to achieve this.
The moment you think “I want to change” is your new beginning!
